HM The King - Our Patron

The Society was informed, on 3rd May 2024, that following a review of Patronages of The late Queen Elizabeth (our Patron from 1977 to 2022), His Majesty The King would be 'delighted to accept the Patronage of The Imperial Society of Knights Bachelor'. In his letter to The King's Private Secretary, the Knight Principal wrote: 'On behalf of the Council and Members of The Imperial Society of Knights Bachelor, I thank His Majesty for accepting the Patronage of the Society .... we received the news of this honour with gratitude and delight in equal measure'.
